The Bill (Reg. No. 4756) specifies the list of officials of the public authority bodies, whose legal status is regulated by the Constitution, this and special laws of Ukraine. The Bill amends Clause 9 of the Law "On Civil Service".
The Committee members deem necessary to introduce the said amendments, while drafting a new version of this Law to create a clear-cut legislative base and civil service organization, adjust this legislative act to the Constitution and harmonize Ukrainian civil service with the European standards.
The Committee recommends that the authors of the Bill adjust the Bill jointly with the Scientific Experts Office of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Secretariate, drafting a single Bill.
